About this role

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct, one‑on‑one support to individuals receiving Applied Behavior Analysis services in Puerto Rico. Working full‑time in an entry‑level capacity, the RBT implements behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst, collects data, and helps clients develop essential skills. This role is part of the ABA Centers of Puerto Rico’s mental health care team.
