Registered Nurse II for a 5-bed Pediatric and Adult 23-Hour Observation Unit providing short-term overnight monitoring and postoperative observation for stable pediatric and adult patients. The role is a 36-hour per week position (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with no weekends, major holidays, or on-call requirements, employed by the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUSC). The unit focuses on brief stays (up to 23 hours) and supports patient and family-centered care in an ambulatory/postoperative setting.
