Registered Nurse Manager

This role involves performing professional nursing services and assuming 24-hour responsibility for the functioning of an assigned unit, including supervising licensed and unlicensed nursing staff. The position requires acting as a clinical and administrative leader to ensure safe, appropriate patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. The incumbent will also manage departmental personnel, coordinate operations, and monitor fiscal resources under the direction of the Director.
