A Registered Nurse (RN) Admission role providing home-based skilled nursing within a post-acute care organization serving the Manassas, Centreville, and Haymarket areas. The position supports patient recovery and continuity of care while working with an interdisciplinary team and under physician direction. Schedule is primarily Monday–Friday with an evening/weekend on-call rotation and includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
