Registered Nurse (PCU Observation) providing patient-centered nursing care across the Medical Surgical and Observation departments at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. The role supports a 43-bed Medical Surgical unit and a 28-bed Observation unit, with floating to the Progressive Care Unit as needed. Night-shift position working 3x12s within a community hospital that is part of the Banner Health system.
