The Registered Nurse in the Ready for Discharge Unit provides safe, high-quality care to patients who are medically ready for discharge but face barriers. The RN conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and coordinates with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate efficient discharge while supervising LPNs, CNAs, UAPs, and Nurse Interns.
