About this role
A Resource RN at Banner Estrella Medical Center provides flexible nursing coverage across multiple inpatient units (Med/Surg, Progressive Care, Outpatient Observation) supporting clinical operations. The role is part of Clinical Care Operations, the hub for bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness, and patient transports. This is a day-shift 3x12 schedule with weekend rotations and includes opportunities for skill development and incentive differentials.
