Registered Nurse (RN) — Progressive Care (Stepdown) at Mercy Health provides bedside nursing in a high-acuity 28‑bed intermediate PIC unit at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, caring for patients with pulmonary issues, tracheostomies, ventilators, and multi-system conditions. The role is part of a faith-based, patient-focused organization and supports patient outcomes through assessment, coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and patient/family engagement. Night shifts (36 hours/week) and opportunities for new grads and experienced RNs are available.
