The Registered Nurse Stroke Patient Navigator at Banner University Medical Center Tucson supports the hospital’s stroke program by guiding stroke patients and their families through the care continuum from diagnosis to treatment. This full-time, in-person day role works closely with the Neuro team and across hospital departments to facilitate coordinated, patient-centered care and improve the overall patient experience.
