About this role
Home Health Registered Nurse providing one-on-one, home-based care to post-acute patients in Butler and Hamilton Counties. The role supports patients and families to improve health outcomes and quality of life while working as part of an interdisciplinary team. This is a part-time position (2 days/week plus every other weekend) focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.
