Registered Nurse (RN) role in ChristianaCare’s Hospital Care at Home Program providing hospital-level medical-surgical care to patients in their homes through in-person and virtual interactions. This is a full-time day position (7AM–11PM) with every third weekend, working as part of an interdisciplinary team that supports continuous remote monitoring and connected services.
