The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient assessments, symptom-based telephone and in-person triage, and patient education, ensuring patients are scheduled and linked to appropriate care. The role represents Cherry Health’s mission while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and following organizational policies and licensing standards. This is a full-time onsite clinical position based at the Cherry Street Health Center.

Qualifications
