This role involves assessing patient care needs, implementing healthcare plans, and collaborating with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality nursing care. The position requires rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Report changes in patient status and collaborate with RNs

Skills

Qualifications

Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical NurseCurrent Certificates or current Community College studies in asepsis, wound care, airway management, complex wound care, patient assessment, urinary catheterization, administering enteral feeds, Medication administration, transcribing ordersCurrent Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or equivalent
