About this role

The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides patient and family centered care within the JM4 Med Surg Clinics at Hotel Dieu Hospital, working day shifts on a temporary part‑time basis for approximately two months. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the RPN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and contributes to quality improvement and professional development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients and families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development

Qualifications
