Registrar

Carney is seeking an experienced Registrar to lead end-to-end student registration and academic recordkeeping for approximately 2,300 students annually across JCITA’s joint and advanced counterintelligence curriculum in Quantico, VA. The role serves as the vital communication bridge between external Service Training Focal Points and JCITA leadership, managing class quotas, operating the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), and coordinating onboarding logistics within secure government spaces. This position requires maintaining complete, audit-compliant student academic records and facilitating administrative workflows for accommodations and device use.
