Registration/Switchboard Associate

The Registration/Switchboard Associate is responsible for interviewing and gathering complete and accurate data to complete the admission/registration process accurately and efficiently in a courteous and professional manner. The role involves operating a multi-line switchboard, processing communications, monitoring hospital alarms, and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. The associate also cross-trains within the department to handle various registration and switchboard functions.
