Regulatory Affairs Lead

This role leads Brex's Regulatory Affairs function, managing relationships with federal and state regulators and overseeing the end-to-end regulatory engagement lifecycle. The position requires a strong program manager to handle exam preparation, supervisory requests, and the tracking of regulatory commitments through to closure. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, synthesizing regulatory trends and driving proactive compliance efforts across the organization.
