Regulatory Compliance

This role contributes to an effective compliance program by mitigating legal, regulatory, operational, and reputational risks through the application of broad regulatory compliance knowledge. The position involves owning regulatory change initiatives, performing reviews of business processes and controls, and researching current and proposed laws to determine organizational impact. The incumbent will identify emerging risks, coordinate state regulatory filings, and provide compliance guidance to business partners to ensure adherence to applicable requirements.
