Regulatory Reporting Manager

The Regulatory Reporting Manager at Tandem is responsible for delivering end-to-end accuracy and control of the Bank’s prudential and statistical regulatory returns while coaching and developing the reporting team. This role involves reviewing and approving complex capital, liquidity, and statistical returns, acting as a technical authority for Finance, Risk, and Treasury, and contributing to critical governance documents like the ICAAP and ILAAP. The position requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to interpret regulatory frameworks to ensure compliant and timely submissions.
