Regulatory Reporting Manager

The Regulatory Reporting Manager at Tandem is responsible for delivering end-to-end accuracy and control of the Bank’s prudential and statistical regulatory returns while coaching and developing the reporting team. This role involves reviewing and approving complex regulatory submissions, maintaining technical expertise in PRA and FCA rulebooks, and acting as a trusted authority for colleagues across Finance, Risk, and Treasury. The position requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead root-cause analysis and remediation of reporting issues.
