Regulatory Strategy and Licensing

This role involves leading the preparation and submission of compliance-related components for regulatory licensing in Vietnam while serving as the primary contact with regulatory authorities. The position requires designing and enhancing the end-to-end compliance framework, including AML, KYC, and sanctions screening, and overseeing compliance operations and regulatory reporting. Additionally, the role entails escalating material compliance risks to the Board, promoting a strong compliance culture, and delivering training programs to ensure regulatory adherence.
