Rehabilitation Aide

The Rehabilitation Aide supports the Physical and Occupational Therapy team at Gary and Mary West PACE by assisting participants with therapy services, scheduling, and transportation. This role involves helping with non-skilled therapy activities, documenting patient progress, and maintaining the rehabilitation gym under the supervision of licensed therapists. The position requires collaboration with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care for frail elderly participants.
