Relationship Banker

The Relationship Banker serves as the front-line customer ambassador for INB, providing a world-class experience by understanding customer transaction requirements and effectively communicating available financial product options. This role involves educating customers, referring or selling appropriate products and services, and participating in daily branch operations such as account openings and maintenance. The position requires maintaining accurate records, handling monies assigned, and proactively participating in the branch's sales and quality referral process.
