Relief Rig Operator

The Relief Rig Operator fills in for the Rig Operator on a workover or swab rig, ensuring safe equipment operation, crew productivity, and customer satisfaction during absences. When not substituting, the role involves working as part of the rig crew in operational capacities such as Floor Hand or Derrick Hand.
