Remodel Technician

The Renovation Technician maintains all aspects of the renovations department, performing construction-related tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and minor building repairs under supervisor direction. The role involves supporting unit turnovers, completing daily work orders, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, along with experience in construction, maintenance, or general labor services.
