About this role
Rockwell Automation is hiring a technical support professional to assist with complex customer issues involving highly technical equipment and software. The role supports field engineers and product support teams when first-line support cannot resolve problems, and may include customer installation and training. This position reports to the LVD/Motion supervisor and is based out of Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.
