This role involves performing technical aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification on in-service Gulfstream aircraft, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers. The position requires on-call availability for rapid response to aircraft on ground (AOG) situations and serving as the primary point of contact for customer communications and scheduling. The technician will work independently to execute maintenance tasks, coordinate inspections, and manage tooling and materials while adhering to FAA and internal compliance standards.
