Renewals Manager

As a Renewals Manager at Docker, you will oversee the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals while enhancing customer relationships. You'll collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, negotiate terms, and effectively communicate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires proactive account management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Fluency in Japanese is also required.
