Repairs Manager

The Repairs Manager will jointly manage the Voids Service, leading multi-disciplined teams to efficiently deliver maintenance and contracts within agreed costs, performance, and quality targets. This role involves overseeing operational works, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing both direct labour and subcontractors to meet void return standards. The position requires effective performance management, budget monitoring, and the utilisation of resources to maintain high service levels for customers.
