Repairs Planner

This role is responsible for scheduling works orders through the in-house appointments system and allocating repair works to trade operatives to ensure minimal average turnaround time. The position requires working independently to resolve planning and scheduling challenges while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to make appropriate decisions for completing repairs.
