About this role
Requirements & Defect Manager for OMNIA Training based in Warminster (hybrid). The role supports transformation of British Army collective training by managing requirements capture, traceability and defect lifecycles within ITEA (Integration, Test, Evaluation & Acceptance) frameworks. The post sits in a matrix organisation reporting operationally to OMNIA Training and functionally to the Chief Engineer, acting as a key interface between engineering, test, assurance and MOD stakeholders.
