Research Assistant Intermediate

A highly motivated Research Technician is sought to join a laboratory investigating the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying HIV persistence, neuroinflammation, accelerated aging, and neurodegeneration. The role involves participating in multidisciplinary projects focused on understanding how HIV infection, chronic inflammation, and drugs of abuse alter brain function and contribute to neurocognitive impairment. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of biomedical researchers to investigate disease mechanisms and analyze experimental results.
