About this role

The Research Associate II will support structural and cellular biology programs by maintaining and engineering cell lines, developing proteomics and cryo‑electron tomography sample‑preparation workflows, and assisting with advanced imaging techniques. This hands‑on bench role bridges stem cell biology, genome engineering, and cutting‑edge microscopy to map protein interaction networks and cellular architecture.

Responsibilities

Maintain and engineer iPSC and mammalian cell lines for downstream assays
Prepare and process samples for proteomics and cryo‑ET workflows
Operate cryo FIB‑SEM milling and assist with cryo‑ET data collection and analysis
