The Research Associate supports the HealthySteps program by advancing the program's evidence base and assisting the Research Development and Support Manager and Research Director. The role involves supporting applied HealthySteps research, maintaining the HealthySteps evidence catalogue and resources, and synthesizing field-level pediatric primary care evidence to inform program decisions. This is a term-limited position through March 31, 2027, with possible extension depending on funding and performance.
