Research Fellow

The Research Fellow will join the team of Principal Investigators to provide technical leadership across a portfolio of existing research projects and support the development of new research aligned with Good Business Lab's mission. The role involves leading the technical aspects of projects focused on gender, health, climate, livelihoods, and workplace themes, while collaborating with Research Managers on day-to-day project oversight. This position requires expertise in rigorous research methods, including randomized controlled trials and quasi-experimental designs, to advance evidence-based interventions for improving job quality globally.
