About this role

The 99 Research and Insights team is seeking an intern to support the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative user research. This role involves assisting with survey programming, data analysis, and creating reports that connect user insights to business objectives. The intern will also help manage research operations and track brand and experience studies.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects
Assist in data analysis including structuring, cleaning, and synthesizing interview data
Contribute to reports and presentations connecting user insights to business goals
Monitor continuous brand and experience studies to ensure data quality
Provide operational support for research team activities and vendor management

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Statistics, Psychology, or Social SciencesAdvanced English proficiencyFamiliarity with Excel or Google Sheets
