Research Project Manager

This role involves managing a research project focused on Wide Band Gap (WBG) SiC semiconductor devices and power electronics, including high-switching frequency operation, thermal modelling, and loss analysis. The position requires coordinating with the Principal Investigator and research team to evaluate, propose, and innovate on device characterization and circuit modelling. The role also includes laboratory management, equipment maintenance, and mentoring students involved in the research.
