The role involves performing mammalian cell culture, plasmid-based molecular biology, gene manipulation, and protein assays under the direction of the Principal Investigator. Responsibilities

Perform mammalian cell culture and conduct cell-based experiments examining extracellular matrix production
Execute plasmid-based molecular biology including cloning, transfection, and CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing
