This role serves as a senior technical leader and architect for institutional research computing platforms, responsible for the design, evolution, and operation of large-scale HPC, storage, and hybrid computing environments. The position requires deep technical expertise to resolve critical problems, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with faculty investigators, IT colleagues, and external vendors. It plays a key role in shaping the long-term technical direction of research computing platforms while ensuring efficient use of cluster and storage resources.
