Reservations Agent

This role involves managing all incoming reservations across phone, email, and online channels while processing bookings, cancellations, and amendments accurately. The position requires communicating guest special requests, resolving enquiries professionally, and identifying upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience. The successful candidate will support Reservations and Front Desk operations within a collaborative, team-focused environment.
