Reservist

National EMR seeks talented and hard-working individuals to serve as reservist employees, assisting impacted communities and first responders on an as-needed basis. This part-time role involves intermittent work, potential travel and deployment within 24-48 hours, and participation in emergency management situations such as hurricane responses, mass shootings, and wildfires. Reservists are expected to maintain personal readiness and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
