About this role
The Residency Program Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical training, supervision, and professional development of residents and pre-licensed clinicians in Backpack Health’s Clinical Residency Program. The role ensures residents deliver ethical, evidence-based care, maintains program compliance with state licensure and CARF standards, and supports continuity across in-person and telehealth settings. The Supervisor also maintains a small active caseload to model best practices and sustain clinical engagement, and reports to the Manager of the Residency Program.
