Resident Advocate

Hubbard House advocates serve as the first point of contact for victims of domestic violence, providing supportive services and ensuring the safety of shelter residents and their families. The role involves crisis intervention counseling, conflict resolution, safety planning, and addressing participant concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels. This position is responsible for the security and daily operations of the Emergency Shelter while collaborating with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
