Resident Advocate

The Resident Advocate provides day-to-day operations and direct support at the Alura Motel Program, offering interim shelter and wraparound services to individuals experiencing homelessness. This role focuses on ensuring participant safety, facilitating access to amenities, and implementing Housing First and Harm Reduction principles through case management and crisis intervention. The position requires strong communication skills to de-escalate situations and support participants in achieving housing stability.
