Resident Assessment Coordinator

This role coordinates the development and completion of resident assessments, including Minimum Data Set (MDS) and care plans, in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The position involves collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team, physicians, and families to ensure accurate assessments and optimal reimbursement. The incumbent also supports the Director of Nursing in quality assurance, staff training, and facility compliance efforts.
