Resident Services Assistant

The Resident Services Assistant supports the Emergency Shelter at YWCA South Hampton Roads by assisting in the facilitation of basic need services for victims of violence. This part-time role involves providing trauma-informed crisis intervention, conducting shelter orientations, and maintaining client confidentiality and case records. The position requires collaboration with staff and external partners to ensure client safety and access to essential resources.
