Resident Support Worker

This position provides basic needs and guidance to men experiencing homelessness by fostering a positive, respectful, and safe environment within a residential housing facility. Staff support residents in developing healthy life skills and making choices to successfully transition back into the community and out of the shelter system. The role involves managing resident admissions, enforcing policies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient service delivery.
