Residential Assistant

The Residential Assistant is responsible for the overall supervision and well-being of clients/residents living in Sanctuary shelters, maintaining structure and stability while providing a safe and nurturing environment. The role involves facilitating life skills instruction, ensuring the shelter remains fully operational, and supporting clients/residents toward independence and self-sufficiency. The position requires close collaboration with the Residential Supervisor to uphold program standards and ensure a home-like atmosphere.
