Residential Coordinator

The Residential Coordinator manages the Irving Street Women’s Residence, a 24-hour Safe Haven for up to 25 unaccompanied women and gender-neutral individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and mental health disabilities. The role involves providing Housing First Trauma-Informed Care, coordinating with case managers to ensure housing stability, and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facility. This position requires expertise in mental health services, crisis de-escalation, and supporting residents in obtaining community housing upon exit.
