Residential Field Trainer

This role provides training and on-the-job coaching in essential job skills for residential youth workers while maintaining a Trauma Informed framework. The position involves planning and coordinating staff development programs, conducting new employee orientations, and delivering adjunctive trainings on topics such as crisis management and documentation. The incumbent also performs duties as a Senior Youth Care Worker, including working assigned shifts in the cottages.
